Christelle Daigle
Hi! I’m Christelle Daigle and I am a registered social worker, a certified naturopath and a certified yoga teacher.
I have worked as a social worker in healthcare for the last 13+ years and this has brought me a rich practice. During this time, I have supported people whose health and wellness have been impacted. This work has been deeply meaningful to me as I’ve learned so much. Most importantly I have learned that through suffering there is HOPE.
Also, like most people I have experienced life’s ups and downs. This has guided me to explore different “tools”, such as counseling but also alternative therapies such as naturopathy, energy work and so much more. This passion has pushed me across the world to become a certified yoga teacher to learn the art of yoga and other practices that have existed for hundreds of years. It has also pushed me to learn how to use nature, its natural remedies and become a certified naturopath.
In combining these learnings and experiences together, my goal is to help you reach a state of health and well-being in a way that is meaningful to you.
My belief is that it’s important to take a holistic and mindful approach to health and wellness, meaning taking into account all “parts” of ourselves as they are all deeply interconnected. This helps us to reconnect with ourselves and with our true nature and therefore encourages us to choose things that make us feel good.
Everyone deserves to be healthy and well. I believe with support, we can rediscover our strengths, find meaning, and connect with who we are or the person we want to be. This exploration of the self will not only be helpful for you now but will also help you build resiliency. My services include naturopathic consultation, counseling, and energy therapy.
Professional titles/certification: Registered social worker (with bachelor's degree), certified naturopath, certification in child/youth grief and bereavement, certified 200-hour yoga teacher in hatha yoga and ashtanga vinyasa yoga, healing touch level 2.
